The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed. In the living room, there are also two single-size pullout beds. Fresh linens and pillows for all, as well as bath and beach towels. Beach chairs and a cooler are also provided to help you save on costly rentals.
Cook in the kitchen which has a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, and french press coffee maker. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or at the bistro table on the balcony. Relax on the sofa to enjoy some TV (Netflix available with self login, no cable), fast WiFi, or a book from the eclectic collection.
There are two large closets with hangers for storage, ideal for long-term stays. An ironing board and iron are also provided. There is a shared laundry room in the building.
The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom. The bathroom includes a standing shower. We provide a hairdryer, as well as basic toiletries like shampoo, and body wash.
This is a private apartment, exclusive for your use. Make yourself at home!
Parking space is covered, free and included in the price.
The Parking is an assigned space.

You’re also welcome to use the laundry machines in the building which are $2.50 per load.

We provide, at the time of your check-in:
• 4 Bath towels.
• 2 Hand towels.
• 2 Beach chairs (We do not provide beach umbrella).
• 1 Kitchen towel.
If you need to do laundry, the building has a laundry room in the parking lot, which is coin operated.
Also, we provide as a welcome courtesy:
• 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper.
• Hand soap and shampoo.
• Dish-washing detergent and sponge.
• Paper napkins.
• General cleaning items.
• We do not provide salt, oil, coffee or sweetener.
Since my apartment is not a hotel, we do not provide Room Service.
Very close to the apartment you can find large supermarkets such as Publix.
PLEASE keep this in mind in order to plan your shopping.
This is a historic building and while newly refurbished, the walls are on the thinner side. As such, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Loud music is not permitted at any time and quiet hours are enforced. There are security cameras on the exterior spaces of the building.
