Since my apartment is not a hotel, we do not provide Room Service.
Very close to the apartment you can find large supermarkets such as Publix.
PLEASE keep this in mind in order to plan your shopping.
This is a historic building and while newly refurbished, the walls are on the thinner side. As such, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Loud music is not permitted at any time and quiet hours are enforced. There are security cameras on the exterior spaces of the building.

Will be able to walk to the BEACH, Convention Center, Restaurants, supermarkets, target, Ross,
Pharmacy. Laundromat, Banks, ore!
All this, located in a residential area. City bikes, Free Trolley and Bus Stops are close enough to move around with no need of a car.
But if you plan on, bringing. your car, don’t worry! we provide you of one free parking space inside the building.
