Enjoy cooking in the kitchen with stove and oven, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, serving-ware and american coffee maker.
Enjoy your meals at the dining table.
When you’ve finished your day, retire to enjoy the Smart-Tv (Cable Not included) & fast WiFi.
Also there is a balcony with one table and two chairs.

The Parking is an assigned space. Clearance 6’ 3’’.

You’re also welcome to use the laundry machines in the building which are $1.50 per load.

Other things to note

We provide, at the time of your check-in:
• 4 Bath towels.
• 2 Hand towels.
• 2 Beach chairs (We do not provide beach umbrella).
• 1 Kitchen towel.
If you need to do laundry, the building has a laundry room in the parking lot, which is coin operated.
Also, we provide as a welcome courtesy:
• 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper.
• Hand soap and shampoo.
• Dish-washing detergent and sponge.
• Paper napkins.
• General cleaning items.
• We do not provide salt, oil, coffee or sweetener.
Since my apartment is not a hotel, we do not provide Room Service.
Very close to the apartment you can find large supermarkets such as Publix.
PLEASE keep this in mind in order to plan your shopping.

This is a historic building and while newly refurbished, the walls are on the thinner side. As such, we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels. Loud music is not permitted at any time and quiet hours are enforced. There are security cameras on the exterior spaces of the building.
